Prior to hiring VTD Interior Decoration, we had an abysmal experience with another Chicago-based designer on the very same project. In contrast to this other firm, we can easily say that working with Val has been a breeze. There are too many positives to list, so I will just highlight a few. – The design process, from start to finish, was easy. Val took the time to understand our likes and dislikes. The carefully curated pieces she selected were spot-on while staying within the parameters of our budget. – We have a messy puppy. Val was great in recommending furniture and fabrics that are puppy-friendly without sacrificing style. – Meetings were extremely efficient. Communication was never an issue – she was extremely prompt in returning emails and following up. We had an issue with a custom dining table, and Val stayed on top of things to make sure we received what we wanted in a timely manner. But perhaps just as important, Val was super nice, which made the whole process that much better. We highly recommend VTD Interior Decorating.
